The majority of fluid products containing polymers and macromolecules have specific properties that drastically influence their behavior in process or in application.

In this webinar, we will introduce the principles of rheology and physical properties at interfaces, useful for characterizing certain characteristic properties of products.

We will show how industrial processes mobilize these properties in a sometimes complex way, sometimes making it difficult to correlate "flow" behavior with a simple rheological measurement.
