Co-construction of the project
We co-construct with you a 360° view of your project, based on a systemic analysis of your challenges:

- Experimental approaches preliminary, based on our screening approaches, accelerated formulation, instrumented micro-pilots
- Brainstorming creativity and synthesis in project management mode
The exploratory results allow you to specify the architecture of your project in a tangible way, with a clear reading of the efforts to be made, the locks, the critical paths and the alternatives.

We then carry out the project steps in our charge in collaboration with your teams and, if necessary, with third parties that we are able to mobilize (analysis laboratory, technical center, design office). We coordinate the technical and scientific dimensions and provide you with:
