The Client wishes to develop an instrumented spraying R&D tesbed adapted for high-viscosity products and outsources to Rheonis preliminary study, functional analysis, design and sourcing.

In this study, we performed the following steps in a collaborative manner:

  1. State of the art of spraying dyes, strengths and weaknesses with respect to high-viscosity products
  2. Rheological study of one Client critical product
  3. Functional analysis of a R&D spraying testbed and recommendations
  4. Functional SoW with technical options evaluation for Client decision
  5. Design of instrumented test bed and cost evaluation
  6. Support for sourcing
