Objectives
During this one-day introductory training, participants will discover the main concepts of organizational learning and knowledge management applied to technical knowledge. They will learn to:
- Determine the main steps of a knowledge management approach according to ISO 30401 and organizational learning
- Diagnose the state of progress in their department/organization and identify the levers available
- Outline progression paths

MODERN THEORIES & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING INDUSTRIES (9 p.m.-12:30 p.m.)
Discover the challenges and principles of knowledge management according to ISO 30401:2018
Discover the learning organization and organizational learning processes
Reflect on the technical specificities of material transformations and their implications for the technical organization
Consider automated and digital approaches
DIAGNOSING ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICES LINKED TO TECHNICAL MATERIAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES (14 p.m.-17 p.m.)
Analyze the transversality of the management of technical knowledge between R&D, industrialization, production, quality
Evaluate the means and resources available to improve the creation, exploitation, conservation and sharing of knowledge related to the technique
Draft a progress plan
