Atelier des Méthodes May 15, 2018
Viscometry, Texturometry, Rheometry
The brands and ranges of viscometers, texturometers et rheometers are numerous, offering a wide range of performances for varied needs in R&D, quality control, industrialization, production or application.
But on what criteria to choose an instrumentation? How to ensure the potential of this equipment for their use?
How to develop and integrate specific and optimal instrumental approaches? What place can behavioral measurement take from a digital data management perspective?
RHEONIS et CAP LABO invite you to address these questions during a thematic workshop on 15 may next in the premises of RHEONIS in Grenoble.
PROGRAM
FIRST PART :
Identify the potential of instrumental behavioral techniques
Objective data for R&D, QC, industrialization and production
Influencing factors and formulation guide
Understanding of mechanisms and process optimization
Predictive approaches & acceleration of innovation
SECOND PART :
Discover viscometric, texturometric and rheometric techniques
Viscosimetry: measurement of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity
Texturometry: Texture Analysis and Sensory Analysis
Rheometry and viscoelastic measurement
Rheometry and specific application properties
THIRD PART :
Choose tools adapted to your problems & improve your practices
Which useful parameters for which problem? What type of instrument?
What level of performance is required? What instrumental configuration?
Feed an investment file
Thinking about the instrument park in a global perspective
