Summary :

Many technological innovations are being studied or being industrialized in the field of biomolecules and biosourced materials, both in terms of products and processes. However, all these industrial developments follow implementation logics considered self-evident.

We will illustrate, based on a multi-sector field analysis, the main characteristics and current limitations of these technical practices and will propose ways of evolution to optimize formulation, product development and industrialization, in particular to facilitate the transition to biosourced.
