Summary :

Numerous technological innovations are under study or in the process of industrialization in the field of biomolecules and biosourced, both at the product and process levels. However, all these industrial developments follow implementation logics taken for granted.

We will illustrate, based on a multi-sector field analysis, the main characteristics and current limitations of these technical practices and will propose ways of evolution to optimize formulation, product development and industrialization, in particular to facilitate the transition to biosourced.
