Startup Life – Episode 5: Praise of the Informal

For more than two years, it was as a duo – not to mention the precious moral support of our third partner – that we built our industrial services activity.

At creation, we had set up certain meeting routinesFew procedures simple, a basis ofarchiving, tools of steering and Exemplary. But the main thing was informal.

In a period when opportunities arrived in dribs and drabs, each expression of interest, each exchange, each quote, each order or not, each feedback provided inexhaustible material for debate in order to improve the offer, proposition de valeur, discourse and process.

We were unknowingly exploring in theinformal, this space of subjectivity,intuition and Creativity, the innumerable possible configurations of an offer consistent with the demand of the prospect, his need sometimes implied and various issues, until reaching an optimal proposal.

Our overall positioning has thus been built step by step, from quotes to orders, presentations in brochures, meetings at trade fairs.

Today, the team has grown, the informal is surrounded de process. But it remains crucial in the development of tailor-made answers.
