As we discussed in episode 3, the possibilities offered by a rheometer are multiple to quantify concrete behaviors of materials and industrial products. However, such possibilities have a counterpart: to become representative and predictive, the measurements, giving rise to the production of curves-functions, require an adequate interpretation.
